I work within a holistic, body-centered framework that views the human system as an interconnected field of physical sensation, nervous system regulation, movement patterns, and subtle energetic expression. My approach is grounded in the belief that the body holds implicit memory and innate intelligence, and that healing occurs through gentle attunement, awareness, and restoration of natural rhythms.

At the core of my framework is nervous system regulation. Drawing from Somatic Experiencing, I help clients safely track internal sensations, build tolerance for bodily experiences, and gradually release stored survival energy associated with stress or trauma. Sessions emphasize pacing, resourcing, and pendulation—moving between states of activation and ease—to support resilience without overwhelm.

Layered into this is the Trager approach, which introduces non-invasive, rhythmic movement and touch to evoke a sense of lightness, freedom, and effortlessness in the body. I may use subtle rocking, lifting, and guided awareness to help clients experience new possibilities of movement and organization. This aspect of the work invites the nervous system to re-pattern habitual holding patterns and supports a felt sense of ease that clients can internalize.

Complementing both is Biofield Tuning, which expands the therapeutic lens beyond the physical body into the surrounding electromagnetic field. Using tuning forks in a structured yet intuitive way, I listen for areas of dissonance or incoherence in the client’s field and apply sound frequencies to facilitate energetic coherence. This process often brings unconscious patterns into awareness while promoting relaxation and integration at both physiological and subtle levels.

Throughout sessions, I maintain a stance of deep listening and attunement—not only to the client’s words, but to micro-movements, shifts in breath, energetic tone, and emotional expression. Verbal dialogue is used sparingly and intentionally, primarily to support awareness and meaning-making rather than analysis.

The overall experience is collaborative and emergent rather than prescriptive. Each session unfolds in response to the client’s present-moment experience, weaving together sensation tracking, movement, touch, and sound. The aim is not to “fix” but to restore coherence, flexibility, and self-regulation, allowing the client’s system to reorganize toward greater vitality, embodiment, and ease.
